Taking Steps

I like to walk. It clears my head. An urban amble, or a trail hike, both are restorative in their own ways.

Walking is a series of steps, taken consecutively. It’s a way to get somewhere. It is a way to leave somewhere. It can be a shared activity- taking a walk together.

Thinking to solve problems is a learned skill. We take steps. For tough problems, we go back, and go over the same steps, looking for errors.

Someone may walk you through a new procedure. You may take a stroll down memory lane. Perhaps you make a step-by-step analysis.

How you walk is how you think. Steps. They matter.
