This will be the first level of a series. You will have immediately useful techniques. We will draw on multiple modalities- fascia work, various movement work, positional release, cranial methods, etc.

Expect a lot of hands on time, a lot of movement exploration, and a somatic approach. We work with people, not just anatomy.

Neck function is complex. The intersection of perception and movement, and the impact of trauma, is a huge component of understanding how to help effectively.

Note: I like to keep things fresh.  Play is a great way to learn. This will not be a 12 hour lecture (boring!), even though I’ve got more than that much material. We are bodyworkers, so this will be very body centered, with just enough theory to make it stick.
